False news confront nuclear powers

False news on social platforms are considered by experts as a growing risk that can have many different effects, since fights between people and to the confrontation between nations.

Such a verified end of this year, when a published false news on Twitter sparked a verbal confrontation between two nuclear powers, namely Pakistan and Israel. The confrontation occurred after the publication of a false story on the website of AWD News. In the cited falsely that Israeli Defence Minister had said that if Pakistan send troops on the ground in Syria, Israel would destroy this country with a nuclear attack. The reaction of the Pakistani Defence Minister, Khawaia Mohammad Asif was very clear and he reminded them that Pakistan is a nuclear power.

While AWD long been identified as a site that publishes false news, the Israeli Defense Ministry reminded exactly this ministry counterpart in Pakistan, saying that the news is not true. Pakistan has not yet responded. Israel continues to maintain its mystery for nuclear power and does not confirm nor denies possessing such weapons, although it is widely believed that there is such an arsenal.

Pakistan became a nuclear power in 1998 and the two countries have no diplomatic relations.
