Twitter, Facebook and YouTube together in court

Orlando families of the victims have denounced Twitter, Facebook and YouTube that have supplied information ISIS.

For the debate on whether social networks, involuntarily are accomplices of terrorism? This theory so far discussed only between cyber security experts, will soon be subject to study jurisprudence.

Relatives of three of 49 victims of the attack of June 12 in the premises of Orlando accuse Twitter, Facebook and Google have provided "material support" ISIS leading to the radicalization of 29-year-old assassin Omar Mateen.

The trial has begun in Michigan by Tevin Crosby family, Javier Jorge-Reyes and Juan Ramon Guerrero. According to them, no Twitter, Facebook and Google, whose ownership is and YouTube, "ISIS immediate growth, which has become the largest terrorist group in recent years, it would not be possible." If the case, that no precedent would be successful, then it would be a revolution in the world of social networking.

Legal action based on a provision of the Communications Decency Act in the US, which since 1996 till today has defended social networks in terms of accountability of the content of messages, but can be punished for  rights, algorithms complicated, and that in the specific case has distributed ISIS has subsidized propaganda and activity. According to US broadcaster Fox any of the three tech giants has not returned a response or comment on this application.
